At one point or another in our lives we have all needed help and or support. Even if it's just someone to listen to us when we feel we have lost our way. The kindness and comfort of another sympathetic soul can be the most powerful of things.  For most of us we turn to our friends and family to aid us in these times.  But sometimes due to circumstances we may not be lucky enough to have support mechanisms such as these or it is easier for us to seek help outside of the normal structures.  Help can come in many ways and having someone listen and provide support can be enough.  Even if its just having a place to go for a short period of reflection - Mustard Seed offers this help and support for those in need when they need it most.

The Mustard Seed Group is not a religious organisation but we do have a spiritual side.  All our volunteer helpers simply aim to provide help to others who may have need of support through trying times. These may be people who feel isolated , under stress , carer's , individuals in alcohol recovery, or others with drug dependency issues who just need help finding peace and equilibrium in their lives. 

We are a charity, and like the mustard seed tree our aim is to spread our branches for those who seek respite.  Our mantra is simple, We Listen, We Care, We Help, irrespective of race or creed All are welcome at Mustard Seed House.
